Christmas 2009

Christmas in Vegas! the girls and i went to Vegas on the 19th, than Tony came down on Christmas eve (then had to leave the Sunday after because of work). it was a lot of fun. the girls loved spending time with all of their cousins. we all made an excellent haul. lots of movies (always a favorite gift), plus much more. My brother and his family (i love you Kristin!) came over that afternoon and we got to spend time with them all. the next day i was able to visit with a friend of mine from high school that i haven't seen since march of '03. it was so nice to see her again. while she was there Tony helped my dad clean up all the leaves in the back yard (hence the girls hiding in the leaves pictures). the girls had a blast.

The Sunday after Christmas my sister and her family came into town. (with colds, thanks for that one bug =P) my sister-in-law organized all grandchildren (all 10 of them!) to have coordinated (adorable!) outfits for a grandchildren picture. (well, actually the cloths were for Christmas, but I'm pretty sure they were giving with this in mind) 2 grand kids have joined the family since the last one was taken. it was... um... fun. i think my brother-in-law is going to work his magic (aka photo shop) on these. but still adorable photos. at some point I'm going to update the girls individual photos with the same outfits. but that has yet to be accomplished. we came home yesterday to snow (yeah. note the sarcasm) but it was good to be home.

today was Tony's last day at IMS. he is now a full time truck driver employed with Peck transport. no more killing his body being a mechanic.
